The Christening Photos are one of the few things you can keep forever from your baby's Christening. It's worth finding the right photographer as soon as possible - to capture those perfect memories for the future.

One of the most important things you have to do, before you even considering booking a Photographer, is to make sure you have the permission of the Clergyman conducting the Christening ceremony for photographs to be taken in Church. Most will be happy for you to have a photographer and / or videographer present but it's always best to check first. |

Our Top Tips for choosing a photographer.. Have the permission of the Clergyman conducting the service for photographers to be present during the ceremony, we really can't stress this enough! Book your photographer as soon as possible in advance of the Christening. Make sure your photographer is a member of a professional photographer's association. Have an informal chat with your photographer and discuss the type of memories you would like, for example, you might want a mixture of formal and informal photographs, you might like the guests to be photographed etc. |

Remember, the weather is unpredictable so, if you have arranged outdoor photographs, make sure you there’s somewhere sheltered you can go, just incase... ..you wouldn’t want the wee ones catching cold!Scroll down to look for a photographer in your local area.
